Your annual subscription price is determined by your Effective User count. The table below shows the annual price for each pricing tier.

Find Your Effective User Count
Your Effective User count determines your subscription tier. It is calculated from the users in your organization who can access Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications. Different types of Microsoft licenses contribute differently to your Effective User count, so your Effective User count is typically lower than your total licensed user count.

Docentric Template Designer Licence
A Docentric Template Designer license is required for each user who creates or modifies document templates.
Users who only generate and distribute documents using Docentric CE do not need a Template Designer license.

System-Run Document Generation
Docentric CE supports both interactive and non-interactive document generation, including scenarios where documents are generated automatically by workflows, integrations, or external systems.
300 Documents for each user per Month
For most organizations, this allowance is more than sufficient for typical interactive document generation, such as quotes, invoices, confirmations, and other business documents generated by users.
System-Run Document Generation Add-On
Organizations that require high-volume non-interactive document generation should consider purchasing the System-Run Document Generation add-on. With the add-on, organizations can generate an unlimited number of documents, regardless of whether document generation is interactive or non-interactive.

Subscription Renewal
At each annual renewal, your Effective User count is recalculated to determine the applicable pricing tier.
10% above your effective user count
Existing customers may remain in their current pricing tier if their Effective User count does not exceed that tier's upper user limit by more than 10%.
For example, a customer whose previous subscription was in the 41-100 user tier may renew in the same tier with up to 110 Effective Users. If the customer's Effective User count has grown to 111 or more by the time of renewal, the next pricing tier applies.
