Our Story
Docentric started in 2010 with a clear goal: build document tools for the people who actually use them. We set out to do that for Dynamics 365, listened hard to the customers who pushed us, and turned their needs into features.
That same focus on usability, reliability, and responsive support is what made Docentric CE possible. Docentric CE extends that work to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform, driven by the same belief: business users should own their documents end to end.
We design with precision and back it up with support that actually responds. And we've never been content to stay a tech company alone. The initiatives we run, the community we invest in, and the causes we support all say so.
